An experiment into the immaterial possibilities of sound and image, Phase Space reimagines the natural tidal rhythms of downtown Oakland's Lake Merrit (technically not a lake but a tidal slough which has a natural ebb and flow) as a transformational force and the banks along the lake as a site of divinational refuge for those that gather there.
